This cheese is a real crowd-pleaser. It is made in a similar style to Havarti or Edam and is great for snacking as well as melting. After 4 generations of being in the dairy industry in Point Reyes, they are certainly getting something right! Toma has been a staple of our grilled cheeses and the stores since day one.
