Because many of the products we ship are perishable, we have two different rate structures. Perishable and non-perishable rates. If your order contains both perishable and non-perishable items, only the perishable rates will be shown at checkout.

Refunds
We stand behind our products and want you to be 100% satisfied. We will refund orders if you are not satisfied with the quality or condition of the product when it arrives. We cannot be responsible for shipments damaged due to weather if you select a slower shipment method than the ones recommended. Occasionally our shipping carriers delay a shipment and it is out of our control. When this happens we will do our best to find a solution to fix the problem in a way that meets your needs.
