Get a box every month of three new cheeses selected by our Mongers! Each month will be a different theme. Boxes will be available for pickup in Detroit or Ferndale on the second Wednesday of each month. The first box you get will also include a Boska cheese knife and a cheese log so you can keep track of your journey! The February box will be available Wednesday February 13, 2019.
For February our initial box will be melters, featuring Reading Raclette from Springbrook Farms in Vermont, Challerhocker from Tufertschwil, Switzerland and Wagon Wheel from Cowgirl Creamery from Pt. Reyes, California. It's cold out so these are designed to warm your heart. Both Wagon Wheel and Reading Raclette just won Good Food Awards!
Though they are great on their own, think fondues, gratins, or perfectly smooth grilled cheese. Ain't nothing wrong with melting raclette onto potatoes, or even potato chips...hell you can melt it onto a shoe and its still pretty damn good.
The March box will be featuring cheeses of Spain!
