The father and son duo of Tempesta in Chicago makes some truly delicious charcuterie. Drawing on their Calabrian roots Anthony and his father have bold flavored products. They were formally known as 'Nduja Artisans, and if you have not tasted their 'Nduja you should. This Nostrano is speckled with Pink Peppercorns and is a tasty treat for an antipasto board, charcuterie platter, or just eating on its own.

Ingredients: Pork, sea salt, spices, wine, celery powder, dextrose, garlic, lactic acid and starter culture.
