Join us for another incredible installment of our Supper Club! This time things are getting spooky! We are teaming up with our friends at Weiss Distilling in Clawson to take a look at drinking local. Weiss's bar is known for their unique design and themed decorations. We are going to try to take a page out of their playbook for this Halloween-inspired dinner.  This will educational, fun, and delicious!

What’s Included

Your reservation includes a 4-course, family-style dinner created by The RIND’s Chef Andrew O'Callaghan, with every course perfectly paired with a cocktail designed by our bartender Madi and the folks at Weiss.

1st. Beet Cured and Smoked Salmon Crudo on Dry Ice (Oooooooh spooky!)

2nd. Roasted Carrots and Turnips with Pomegranate Labneh, Black Twill, Chard Pearl Onions, Savory Bread Crumbs.

3rd. Apple Braised Pork Belly with Squid Ink Cavatelli, Beet Ricotta, Guajillo Oil, Spicy Cheese Crisp.

4th. Dark Rum Gâteau Aux Pommes, Vanilla Gelato, Black Apple Cider Caramel


Ticket & Pricing Information

This is a strictly ticketed event. Tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Important Pricing Note: The ticket you are purchasing today secures your reservation. A deposit will be taken now, and we will charge you the remaining balance of $95 on the evening of the dinner (bringing the total event price to $105, including all pairings).

  • Cancellation Policy: * Cancellations made 24 hours or more prior to the event will receive a full refund.
