Ramon Pena- Squid in Ink

Prime Atlantic baby squids are chosen, cleaned, and their tubes are turned inside out for canning. Each piece is stuffed with onion, peppers, and tomato and packed with squid ink sauce.

Origin: Galicia, Spain

Ingredients: Squids, olive oil, onion, pepper, tomato, salt, wheat flour, ink and paprika.
