The Zing takes on another of the world's classic cheese spreads; this Southern classic combines chopped cheese, pimento peppers, and mayonnaise into something impossible to resist. Zingerman's Pimento cheese can be used on a messy cheeseburger or enjoyed with any crackers or chips. These go great with Potters Caramelized Onion or Classic White Crackers.

Ingredients: Cabot sharp cheddar cheese(pasteurized milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes), mayonnaise( soybean oil, water, whole eggs and egg yolks, vinegar, salt, sugar, lemon juice, calcium disodium EDTA), roasted red peppers ( red peppers, water, vinegar, sugar, salt, citric acid0, black pepper, salt, cayenne pepper.
