The Monger's Choice is our ultimate "chef’s tasting menu" in board form. Curated directly by co-founder and award-winning cheesemonger Zach Berg, this board is built for those who want to skip the decision-making and dive straight into the very best of our cases.

By giving Zach and our team the creative wheel, you get a beautiful, narrative-driven board featuring six world-class cheeses of varying styles, milk types, and textures—from ultra-creamy to beautifully aged and crystalline. It’s a curated flavor journey that will surprise, delight, and perfectly satisfy your crowd.

The Tasting Menu (What’s Included):

• 6 Hand-Selected Cheeses: A rotating, expert lineup featuring styles like clothbound Cheddar, savory aged Goat cheese, buttery Brie, aged Gouda, a complex Mountain Cheese, and a delicate Fresh Goat.

• 3 Premium Meats (Optional): If you choose to add charcuterie, we pair your cheeses with smoky speck, savory soppressata, and spicy calabrese.

• Sweet & Briny Accoutrements: A gorgeous spread of artisan crackers, dried fruit, selected nuts, pickled vegetables, and sweet chocolate-covered fruit for the perfect final bite.

The Small variation is built on 1 high-quality disposable tray; the Large variation is built on 2 trays for easy setup and cleanup.
