Mongers' Book Club and Tasting - March 2nd, 2025 - Wild Chocolate by Rowan Jacobsen

Join us: As we kick off Mongers' Provisions newest way to gather and enjoy food together. Our new Book Club!! We will gather for a tasting and discussion around a single book each quarter of this year.

For our first book, we have Wild Chocolate by Rowan Jacobsen. Rowan is one of Zach's favorite food authors. In his newest book, he explores some very remote spaces to understand the sourcing behind some of the most unique chocolates in the world. So we decided we would do a tasting of some of the bars from the book and discuss the amazing flavors and producers behind these bars. 

What to expect: We will taste 4 different chocolates mentioned in the book or connected to a location in the book. There will also be a sample of our drinking chocolate for everyone to enjoy. If you would like to have lunch with us, please do so before hand. The Rind will close their kitchen at 3 PM that day. Cocktails, Food, and Chocolate bars will all be available for purchase.
