Mindos rustic chocolate bars are stone ground. This gives the bars a gritty texture. Its light, airy and different than most chocolate bars. The coarseness and the cinnamon combined make this a fun bar to try. The cinnamon is a hot cinnamon flavor but more of a subtle hint and the chocolate is bright earthy notes.
