Les Moulins Mahjoub - Artichoke Hearts

Artichoke Hearts is a Tunisian condiment that combines artichoke hearts with extra virgin olive oil. Tender and nutty, artichoke hearts are excellent for dishes like pizza and pasta. Serve them on a charcuterie board paired with crostini, tomatoes, and salty prosciutto, as well as Mediterranean figs and cheeses.
