La Catedral De Navarra- Piquillo Peppers
These sweet peppers, grown in northern Spain near the town of Lodosa, are hand-picked at their peak ripeness near the end of summer. The peppers are roasted, peeled, and seasoned before being preserved. They are fabulous as tapas, either eaten as is or stuffed with soft cheese.
Ingredients: Red sweet peppers and acidity regulator: citric acid
