Red Bear Provisions - Holy Cow Salami

Holey Cow is made after a salami know in Eastern Eurpe as Evreyskaya, it is eaten only for sepecial occation. Its an all beef salami made with garlic and black pepper. Red Bears version is so good that decided to call Holy Cow. Read bear is known for their meats being farm raised and salami being made in small batches.
