Roelli Cheese is a recent success story in the Wisconsin artisan cheese movement. This cheese won the gold medal at the 2016 World Championship Cheese. Haus Select Cheddar is what you think about when you want a big full-flavored American cheddar.   Haus Select is richly colored with annatto. It has Smooth with a robust flavor and meaty texture.
