Fermin- Serrano Loin Pre-pack

This succulent full Serrano pork loin is air-cured in the mountains of Salamanca, Spain, rubbed with a mix of garlic and paprika, collected from the same area. The Spanish Serrano white pig is famous for its fatty meat, buttery and oily, with a fantastic rich and deep flavor. Great on a charcuterie board or a "bocadillo" - a small tapas style sandwich.
