Conservas de Cambados- Small Scallops in Galician Sauce
For scalops in a can these are the best. They are Zamburiñas, small tender scallops that are a favorite in Galicia in Northwest Spain. There they are prepared in a tomato and paprika sauce called 'Salsa Gallega'. Even the sauce that they are in are just as delicous as the scallops are.
