With both locally sourced hops and honey, this flavor has delicate fruity characteristics of grapefruit, bright orange, and lime. There is a deep earthiness from the burnt honey a dark rich flavor that, combined with the citrus notes in the hops awakens the palate. Pairs well with rum, vodka, gin and whiskey-based cocktails.
