Armenian Wine Dinner w/ Aimee Keushguerian - May 13th, 2025

Join us at 6:30 pm on Tuesday, May 13th as we celebrate wines from the country of Armenia, one of the oldest winemaking traditions in the world, dating back 6,000 years! Our kitchen will be preparing our take on dishes inspired by Armenian cuisine, as our host Aimee Keushguerian of Zulal and Keush wines, walks us through a selection of Armenian wines and the history surrounding their deep tradition.

High elevation viticulture, an extreme climate, and volcanic soil provide distinctive character to the indigenous Armenian grape varieties favored by Zulal and Keush. Founded by second-generation winemaker Aimee Keushguerian in 2017, Zulal’s name means “pure” in Armenian, a reflection of Keushguerian’s desire to celebrate the unfettered flavors of the country’s lesser-sung native grapes. 

The tasting is on Tuesday, May 13th at The Rind (attached to the Berkley Store). The event will start at 6:30 pm and end at 8:30 pm. This is a ticketed event. Tickets are first come first serve.
