Underground Meats- Spanish Chorizo
Dry-cured, lightly spiced, Spanish style chorizo is mildly spiced using cascabel, pasilla, and guajillo chiles with a little sherry, cayenne and smoked paprika to produce a rich, lightly spicy and balanced pork chorizo.
Ingredients: Pork, sherry wine, salt, water, garlic, white wine, dextrose, chili powder, paprika, sugar, spices, lactic acid, starter culture, sodium nitrate, sodium nitrite, natural pork casing
