Rouzaire has been an independent family-owned company for 3 generations. The dairy and cellars are located in the heart of the Brie area. Brie is believed to have been created prior to the 8th century.

This small Brie cheese is the result of a noble marriage between cheese and the truffles of Perigord. The delicate yet powerful flavor of the truffles blends into the dense ad rich paste and produces a delightfully creamy, mushroomy combination.
