Bold in color, buttery in taste. This is a wonderful snacking cheddar and highlights the fad that started in the 1600s as cheesemakers began using Annatto seed to color their cheese. This fad carried over to our beloved processed American cheese. This Red Leicester made by Thomas Hoe has been a store favorite since we opened.
