The Lupo by North Country was our first love by this family owned producer. Two brothers and their mother run this company out of Columbus Ohio. They are seasoning this salami with Russian Imperial Stout and mole spices. The depth from the beer and the chocolate in the spice mix give this salami an almost wild boar like taste. Just ask Duran Duran, this salami is bound to make you hungry like the wolf.
