Mongers' Book Club #3 and Tasting - August 5th, 2025

For our third Book club, perhaps the most anticipated of the season, we will be reading and discussing Zingerman's Guide to Better Bacon. Even more exciting, we will be joined by the Author Ari Weinzweig, one of Zach's closest mentors. 

Join Zach and Ari as they host Mongers' third Book Club installment. We will have a discussion of the book Zingerman's Guide to Better Bacon and what is sure to be a sprawling conversation. As Ari has billed this talk, "Bacon to Bagels to Business". Each person will get a tasting pour of 3 different bacons mentioned in the book. Our kitchen will provide some small snacks to add to the tasting.  Additional wine and cocktails will be available for purchase. 

The tasting is on Tuesday, August 5th at The Rind (attached to the Berkley Store). The event will start at 6:30 PM and end at 8:30 PM. This is a ticketed event. Tickets are first-come first first-served. Please state in the notes section at checkout if you have any allergies or are gluten-free.
