Marques de Valdueza - Red Wine Vinegar

Honey-colored vinegar with intense and complex aromas of vanilla, fennel, licorice spice, and a hint of almond made using a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Syrah that was kept aside by Marques de Valdueza in 2007. The process begins in stainless steel tanks and is transferred to French oak barrels and is aged for 20 months. An excellent choice for brightening up your soups, and tomato sauces, or used in a vinaigrette.
