La Quercia seeks to build connections with great food much like Mongers' Provisions. The word means oak in Italian, but is also the state tree of Iowa where the company is located. This heritage berkshire prosciutto is nutty, sweet and deeply flavored. It is super on its own and paired with figs. If you can't get fresh figs, try it on a sandwich with fig jam!
