Fangst - Blue Mussels Marinated w/ Dill & Fennel Seeds

In the cold water of the Danish inlet Limfjorden, ‘blåmuslinger’ (blue mussels) grow slowly to acquire a particularly fine taste and texture. Most of what is collected from Fangst is shipped off to foreign kitchens and the rest are kept to be canned.
