Brins- Blueberry Sumac Jam
Wild blueberries are cooked with salt cured, equitably sourced, wild, Turkish sumac berries. Suma is offten used as a subsitute for lemon as for the berries are bright and acidic. This jam is tart, bright and distinctly fruity with a hint of sunny brightness. Try eating it with Manchego or Brabander Goat Gouda for a delicious paring.
