This 25 year old “extravecchio”, or extra old, Balsamic Vinegar of Modena has been aged in wooden barrels, then tested, bottled and sealed by the Balsamic Vinegar Consortium of Modena. There are no additives or preservatives and the Trebbiano and Lambrusco grapes that make this special balsamic come from the province of Modena.
This special balsamic is excellent as a finishing touch to your meal or a as an accompaniment to Parmesan cheese.
