Les Mouettes d'Arvor- Sardines w Butter & Garlic Parsley

These are different than most of the conserves we sell. They are packed in a rich butter sauce with parsley and garlic! Unlike sardines packed in olive oil or escabeche, these need to be warmed. You can either heat them gently in water or saute them hot. Either way, they make a fantastic addition to crusty toast or to top a salad. You can also try them as an addition to sauteed vegetables or with roasted/steamed potatoes. We recently added a can about halfway through a flash saute of asparagus and it was superb!

Ingredients: Sardines 75%, concentrated butter 16.5%, garlic 7.3%, parsley 0.3%, salt.
